Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before making any payment.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Do not share, sell or transfer your account. Creating a web account does not guarantee access to a game server that has not launched.
Fair play
Cheats, bots and other automation, exploiting game bugs, unauthorized access to other accounts, harassment and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. Violations may lead to restriction or closure of your account without prior warning.
Game rules
Impersonating staff (GMs) or support, sharing other players' personal information, insults, hate speech, message flooding and advertising other servers, sites or services are prohibited. Do not share bugs or exploits you find with others; report them to support@bombomarena.com or the support center.
Penalties
Penalties depend on how serious and how frequent a violation is: a warning, a mute, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban. Serious violations such as cheating, botting or exploit abuse may lead straight to a permanent ban.
Coupons and virtual items
Coupons, items and other in-game content are for use in the game only. They have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out, sold or traded outside the game. The team may change or remove items, in-game currencies and prices.
Payments and refunds
Coupon top-ups are paid in cryptocurrency; blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Coupons are not refunded once added to your account; duplicate charges and proven technical errors are reviewed on request. Accounts closed for rule violations are not refunded. For missing or incorrect top-ups, write to support@bombomarena.com with the transaction details.
Records and evidence
IP addresses, device information, in-game activity and purchase records are used as evidence when rule violations and disputes are reviewed.
About the service
The service is provided as is. Access may be interrupted during maintenance, and game content and rules may change. If these terms change, the current version is published on this page.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from outages, errors or data loss; we make reasonable efforts to fix such problems promptly. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.
